Our Company

My Indifuels Private Limited

An Indian energy company that turns waste into fuel, and sells that fuel through a growing network of its own retail outlets. We are built on two things: a technology that makes fuel from what people throw away, and a written management system that makes the business run the same way every day.

About us

Who we are, how we work, and what we actually do.

What we are

A waste-to-fuel company with its own pumps

My Indifuels Private Limited is a private limited company registered in India, with its head office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We are not a trading house that buys and resells fuel. We make fuel from waste, and we sell it through retail outlets that carry our brand.

That combination is deliberate. The plants have a guaranteed buyer, and the outlets have a supply that does not depend entirely on the open market.

How we are

Run on a written system, not on personalities

Everything we do follows our Corporate Management System — three manuals covering governance, the retail outlet business and the production plant business. Each stage of work has a named officer responsible for it, a form to complete and a record to keep.

It means a dealer in one district gets the same process as a dealer in another, and a promise made in a meeting can be checked against a chapter.

What we do

Four things, in one chain

  • We produce. Fuel from waste plastic and end-of-life tyres, bio-gas from farm and organic waste, and green hydrogen from biomass.
  • We retail. Diesel, petrol, lubricants, DEF and coolants through branded outlets across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.
  • We build partnerships. Petrol pump dealerships, and 50:50 plant partnerships with landowners.
  • We research. New feedstocks and new fuels, developed in our own facilities.
Why waste

India generates plastic and tyre waste faster than it can process it, and burns crop residue it could be paid for. Every tonne we take in is a disposal problem solved for somebody and a litre of fuel that did not have to be imported. That is the whole idea, and everything else in this company is built to serve it.

Our mission

To create a future-ready energy company that delivers sustainable fuel solutions, reduces the carbon footprint of the fuel India uses, and drives the country's transition to renewable energy.

In practice

What that means in our work

  • Reduce dependence on conventional fossil fuels
  • Turn waste streams into usable energy, close to where the waste arises
  • Give dealers and partners a business that lasts, not a one-time sale
  • Support India's clean energy and waste-management goals
Accountability

How we hold ourselves to it

A mission written on a wall changes nothing. Ours is broken into the eight strategic pillars below and into measurable targets inside our management system, reviewed by the responsible officer and reported. Where a target is not met, it is recorded as not met.

Measurable Reviewed Reported

Our vision

To become India's most trusted integrated renewable energy company — building a nationwide network of sustainable fuel production plants and retail energy infrastructure that accelerates the move to a cleaner, greener and energy-secure future.

Integrated

Production and retail under one company, so each strengthens the other rather than competing for attention.

Nationwide

Beginning in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, and growing district by district as plants and outlets come up together.

Most trusted

Trust is the harder half. It is earned in correct quantity, honest quality, safe forecourts and promises kept to dealers.

Our values

Ten values, and what each one obliges us to do.

These are not decoration. Every employee is required to uphold them, and each one has consequences in how we actually behave.

Integrity We conduct business honestly, ethically and responsibly. We honour our commitments and keep our decisions transparent. We do not pay anything to any official or intermediary beyond the prescribed statutory fee, paid through the proper channel against a receipt — and any demand for more is reported.
Customer & partner first Our success depends on the success of our customers, dealers, investors and partners. Dealers and partners are long-term business associates, not merely buyers. Every decision is tested against whether it creates lasting value for them.
Accountability Each person owns the responsibilities given to them and answers for the outcome. Authority may be delegated; accountability may not. Every task in our system carries a named officer — never a department in general.
Operational excellence We pursue excellence through standardised systems, continuous improvement and disciplined execution. One management system governs every business unit, so quality does not depend on who happens to be on duty.
Innovation We encourage creativity, research, technology adoption and process improvement, because the energy industry is changing faster than any company's habits. Our own patents and processes come from this.
Sustainability We are committed to environmentally responsible fuel solutions that support India's transition to renewable energy — reducing fossil-fuel dependence, promoting the circular economy and contributing to national carbon reduction.
Safety Safety is a core value, not a procedure. No operational objective may compromise the safety of employees, customers, contractors or communities. Work stops when it is not safe, and that decision is never held against the person who makes it.
Teamwork Collaboration across departments produces stronger solutions than individual effort. Mutual respect, clear communication and cooperation are treated as job requirements, not personal preferences.
Respect We treat every employee, dealer, customer, supplier and stakeholder with fairness, dignity and professionalism — in the office, on a forecourt, and on a site visit.
Continuous improvement Everyone is expected to point out what could work better in our processes, systems and customer experience. Improvements raised from the field carry the same weight as those raised from head office.

The eight pillars we build on

Business expansion

Growing the outlet and plant network through structured dealership and partnership models.

Technology leadership

Automation and digital systems to improve efficiency and scale.

Operational excellence

Standard engineering, operating and quality systems across every unit.

Dealer & partner success

Business support, technical help and long-term relationship management.

Financial sustainability

Sound financial management, disciplined capital allocation, sustainable profit.

Governance & compliance

The highest standards of governance, legal compliance and ethical conduct.

People development

Competent leaders and employees, developed through continuous learning.

Sustainability & social responsibility

Renewable energy, waste utilisation, and a positive contribution to society.

Future projects & prospects

What we are building next.

Our plan is not to grow in one direction only. Production, retail and technology advance together, because each one makes the next one work.

Production

A plant in every district we retail in

Our model pairs production with retail: plants come up in step with the pump network, so each plant's output has a committed home and each district's waste is processed close to where it arises. Land-owning partners join us as equal owners of each plant company.

Feedstock

Beyond plastic — tyres, residue and dung

Waste plastic was the beginning. End-of-life tyres, agricultural residue, organic and municipal waste, and cow dung all now have a developed route into fuel or gas in our processes. Each new feedstock widens where a plant can viably be built.

Retail

Multi-energy outlets

The forecourt of the next decade sells more than two fuels. Our outlets are being planned to add bio-gas, EV charging and, in time, hydrogen — alongside lubricants, DEF and coolants, so one stop serves whatever a customer drives.

Digital

Five connected apps, one record

A digital programme is being built on our management system: separate apps for corporate governance, the retail dealer, the plant partner, the retail consumer and the vendor or contractor — all writing into one record. A customer's complaint, a dealer's stock entry and a plant's batch release stop being separate worlds.

Under development

Sustainable aviation fuel

Used cooking oil and waste oil as feedstock for aviation fuel. This is under development and is not a commercial product today — we will say so until the day it is.

Reach

Beyond two states

We operate today in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Expansion follows the same discipline that got us here: a site is only taken when its approvals, demand and economics stand on their own.

Stated plainly. These are our plans and directions, not commitments or forecasts. Each one depends on approvals, financing, execution and market conditions, and we would rather describe them honestly than publish a target we cannot stand behind.

Careers

We are hiring two people right now.

We are a growing company, which means the person who joins early shapes how the work gets done. Both of these roles report close to the top and carry real ownership.
